President Obama must be a tough act to follow, because Khaddafy
looks so 'bush' league in comparison. :rofl: He's ranting and rambling. Doesn't sound too prepared.

When you're a dictator all your speeches are wonderful.

On edit, Fidel would ramble off his cuff for 3-4 hours sometimes with a crowd standing in a hot square waiting for him to end so they could cheer and go home.
