47. Yot the nail on the head, I hadn't been able to figure it out before but
I think that is EXACTLY what she sounds like.

I can sound like that, too, if I talk and pass gas at the same second, but only for a second or two, she does it all the time because, of course, she is so full of it.

Archaic a peasant or farm worker; a rude, awkward, or ill-mannered person

20. Pretty sure Obama is the OPPOSITE of "boorish".
So, either Peggy Noonan is not quite the consummate wordsmith she believes herself to be, or she is just hurling random insults out there and hoping that the general dumbass populace will believe her that Obama is boorish while having no idea what "boorish" actually means. Same as they believe he's a socialist Nazi Commie, etc., without knowing what those labels really mean.

Twice she indignantly implied "President Obama has been in office 10 months" (implying he should have fixed all the Bush/Chaney messes by now). Peg, if you're gonna' be specific, be right with the numbers...from 1/20/09 to 9/20/09, which was yesterday, is 8 not 10.

37. Yet another perfect example of why the WH isn't taking the "It's racism" bait
Because idiots like Noonan are going to accuse them of it anyway. It's all they have to try to damage the public image of this administration.

The claims of "boorish" behavior are only going to generate backlash at the accuser or induce cognitive dissonance in people who can't recall a time when this President has ever been anything approaching boorish.
