People seem to prefer a positive message
Edited on Mon Sep-20-04 09:55 AM by Atman
I had replaced my Kerry-Edward/Hope, Not Fear advertisement with a BUSH/FUBAR 04 a couple of weeks ago, as chimpy was finally beginning to take some heat from the media. Well, the ads sank like a rock, from the top five, now down to 22, as of this writing. The Bush/Fubar is a fairly popular item, and I was surprised it faired so poorly. It appears to me that the people visiting TSC, at least, are much more responsive to a POSITIVE message.

Kerry is about to take the gloves off today, or so we're told. America is fickle, and largely ignorant of the current reality, as "reported" by the media. I hope he doesn't wind up invoking sympathy for The Naked Emporer by being too nasty, although I for one am longing to see him go at it.

So, if you can spare a click, please help put the positive message of HOPE, NOT FEAR up top on the TSC rankings...a LOT of people visit that site, and once again, republican hate ads are dominating the list!

VOTE HERE for KERRY-EDWARDS, Hope, Not Fear!

5. people always say they prefer positive messages
But they always respond to negative messages. If they didn't, there wouldn't be any attack ads.

7. I agree
which is why I resisted the urge to put some funny, snarky, yet true anti-bush bumper sticker on my car in favor of just the simple Kerry/Edwards one. I would rather be about focusing on a better future. I also have a small sticker that says "we are one" the o in one is a graphic of the world.
