Imagine a new vocabulary
where the words: premium, health insurance, co-pay and deductible do not exist.

Where we all pay taxes to support a single payer system. Where we go to the clinic or the hospital when we need to see a health provider, and are given one and never have to think about how to pay for it.

I am thinking about all the seniors who do not want government to touch their Medicare programs, who will see lower Social Security payments because... their Medicare premiums - deducted from their flat Social Security payment - are rising.

Why are Medicare premium rising? I thought that cost of living is flat, which is the reason for the flat Social Security checks?

1. Single payer is the way to go
but the insurance industry and its shills have scared the idiots--er, conservatives--to death by shouting "socialized medicine"!!!!

The only reason Medicare is in dire straits is because the government keeps dipping into the fund and using it for other things.
