I am not concerned with Dean himself condoning cheating
I want to make that clear, I don't think Dean would condone cheating in Iowa caucuses. But what concerns me as a Gephardt fan, is that some of his supporters who are, let me put it this way, exceedingly enthusiastic for Dean might attempt to. I think this is the point of Gep's accusation also, to ensure there will be no problems. These are real rumors going around, so it seems fitting to nip them in the bud.

3. Iowa Caucus
Hello from Iowa

I am currently the County Chair and also the local precinct chair. I also am a strong supporter of Gov. Howard Dean.
Our precincts are local.... If someone comes into the caucus that you do not know you can ask for identification and proof of where they live. Each precinct has pre-printed caucus sheets that they follow. They must be residents of the precinct geographic area to vote in each precinct. There are measures put into place to stop fraud. Gov. Dean would not tolerate any fraud and besides he will not need it to win Iowa.

Iowa is 1st the the nation for a reason - we know what we are doing.....

5. Yeah, there are real rumors going around.
All transparently started by and promoted by the Gephardt campaign.
