if healthcare reform screws things up for a few years, then yes, we'll never get those years back, but we can repeal it an go back to what we have now.

no one can ever go back to the 20s and get drunk legally, but prohibition was repealed and we're back to boozing it up legally. it was a mistake, we repealed it, and we moved on.
