No one.

She heard Obama say something about single-payer maybe in 2003...

If she isn't interested in politics how the hell would she have heard an obscure senate candidate from Illinois say something about single-payer health care?

She appears pretty ignorant.

She is on Hardball right now.

Larry O'Donnell.

5. Does this idiot even understand why she is angry? She had NO grasp of the issue.
She acted like she didn't even understand her own fucking question!

6. And yet she believes she has deep and meaningful conversations with friends
about political issues...when this interview made it clear that she doesn't even understand the phrases she parroted at that town hall. Some days I am tired up to my hairline of having the political system hijacked by people who refuse to educate themselves, or who stay in willful denial, or who just don't like this "black man in office" deal and are crying for the rest of us to give them their America back.

Kudos to Lawrence for bringing this out nicely and concisely. She looked as stupid when answering as she is.

8. Yes she did and I agree about Lawrence. He tore her up in the nicest way possible.
Exposing her for the bullshitter she is, in the way that he did, was wonderful.

9. Katy doesn't get it at all. She thinks health care reform is only
Edited on Wed Aug-12-09 05:13 PM by Phx_Dem
for poor people who "can't afford health care and alot of other things that I (she) can." Okay, first of all . . . :puke:

Secondly, Lawrence should have informed this ignorant woman that health care form is for people who currently have insurance but are paying exhorbitant costs that climb 7-10 percent each year! And for people who currently have insurance but are afraid they will lose it if they lose their jobs, or be denied treatment or dropped when they get a major illness. And let's not forget the people who can afford insurance but can't get it because they have a pre-existing condition.

But hey, Katy. It's all about you. Here's an idea, why don't you go home, call your parents, and tell them they do not deserve to have Medicare or Social Security benefits because you don't believe the "founders" would have wanted them to have it.
