Will the Supreme Court be considered womens work in the future. With the exception of
the Chief Justice.

With the law school graduates now being mostly female and the elected local judge positions now moving toward female candidates.

IMO the court will soon become 8 to 1 along gender lines.

1. It's a damned boys club as it is. Let's do put some more girls on the
bench.

I'm for it.

3. And who knows about the Chief Justice appointment in the future?
Roberts appears healthy for now, but all of us can be swetp away in a matter of seconds or weeks or what have you. We're all just humans and humans sometimes die in younger years rather than older ones.

There are any number of qualified female folks who would serve admirably as Chief Justice.

5. Even better. I certainly wouldn't discourage him from doing so.
In fact, how about this afternoon.

At the latest.
