. . .Gates doesn't need to relish his 15 minutes, he will be on the national scene for a much longer time.

10. Maybe, but it would make him look awfully petty if he did that.
I expect him to be very complimentary of the President.

to look forward. No apologies were made during the meeting with POTUS.

It was cordial. They toured the WH together as one group with their families.

Conversation with POTUS and VPOTUS are private, he won't discuss.

He and Gates agreed to disagree about the incident.

22. Tweety just said
'a star is born'. He has a future in politics, Gov. Patrick had better look out.

I think Tweety felt another tingle up his leg.

21. Tweety and guests said "A Star is born"
And how Gates has a future in politics if he wants it since he was so suave and poised. Tweets said he was better than politicians act at press conferences.

Oy vey.

I'm sorry, I'm confused as I don't have access to a TV at the moment. Was Gates at the press conference?

press conference. The Union Rep and (I think) his attorney were also present.

Gates wasn't there.

Even hit my head on the way to the floor. Didn't Susan Boyle have some sort of mental break, at least briefly?!?!

35. He said that Obama was an interesting man, someone who is just like a regular guy,
and someone he respects a great deal. He said it at the very end of the press conference, when he was asked 2 questions at one time, but answered the woman who asked what he thought of the President.

Good. :)
