He's been using procedural tactics to stave off a sheriff's sale of his house, and dragging it out for an impressive time, but it looks like he's going to be out of a home soon.

He was hit with a $10,000 sanction in a case he mis-handled, appealed that and lost, so he can't fight that any longer either.

He's heading for the end of the line. Having lost the 9/11 Truther business, the birthers were his last desperate grab.
