8. in Joe Bob Briggs' book "The Cosmic Wisdom of Joe Bob Briggs"
he has a funny as hell essay on teevee pundits. his description of The McLaughlin Group was one of the funniest things i ever read. almost 20 years since it was published, and still true today.

4. Thanks for the support everyone I also plugged this on Rachel's personal FB page
I will understand if she doesn't keep the post considering they both work at the same network but hopefully it will stay up for a little while.

10. I've been boycotting msnbc when buchanan is on since March of 2008.
I wrote email after email asking them to give him the boot. Instead of firing him, they gave him more airtime. :argh: I wrote one final email telling them that I'd switch channels each and every time buchanan appeared on msnbc.

14. Buchanan is the polar opposite of everything MSNBC stands for
You know, human rights, equality for women and different races, that sort of thing. That's why it's hard to understand why they even have him on their network.

25. But then you wouldn't have someone like Rachel
show him for the idiot he is! They would fawn and support him. I liked the way Rachel logically chewed him up and spit him back out. You wouldn't see that on Fox.

Maybe it's just my own twisted sense of schadenfraude, but I like having these idiots exposed.

23. I'm in - sent this email this morning
At first I couldn't find the general MSNBC email address so sent this to The Ed Show, Hardball, The Keith Olbermann Show, and The Rachel Maddow Show. Then I saw a link to the general MSNBC email - letters@msnbc.com - and sent it to them as well:

"I have finally reached my breaking point with MSNBC continuing to provide Pat Buchanan a platform to spew his uninformed, hateful racist rants and will no longer be watching any MSNBC program until he no longer appears on any show on the network.

Since I couldn't find a general email address for MSNBC, I am sending this email to each of the four shows that I have watched on a regular basis - The Ed Show, Hardball, The Keith Olbermann Show, and The Rachel Maddow Show.

I will miss these shows but after hearing Buchanan bray about health care this morning I can't continue supporting a network that puts him forth as a relevant voice in the current debate on the direction of this country."

24. Great letter.. I also wrote to Starbucks this morning
Letting them know that as long as they continued sponsored Morning Joe where Pat appears regularly that I would not be buying their coffee.

However, he never appears on Olbermann that I've ever seen and the only time he's shown up on Rachel is when she exposed his true colors for everyone to see. Those two shows I will continue to watch.
