Obama was arriving for the traditional family picture on the first day of the G8 Summit in L'Aquila, Italy. Berlusconi attempted to greet the U.S. President as he arrived but Obama walked off leaving the Italian's hand empty.

Obama shakes people's hands. He believes in reaching out and interacting with people who have different ideologies. He's certainly said so many times. Would you have a photograph of him shunning world leaders just so you can get some minor satisfaction?
