Most of the time indiscretions do not effect job performace. This time it did big time. BIG TIME. Sanford needs to resign his office immediately or be impeached for dereliction of duty.

Completely indefensible.

THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE!!!!

4. It's not even that. It's the fact he left the State without warning and screwed his constituents.

8. Yeah, how about that. Some 'hero' eh? Some 'man' eh?
The GOP is trying to spin him as a 'man' and a 'hero' for admitting to the affair.

Other than that he's out there crying his eyes out, admitting to something only after he was pretty much caught, and leaving his state without a governor, and his kids without a father, on Father's Day weekend.

Ooops. Sort of tears down that 'hero' 'man' meme.

5. I guess he never learned his lesson from his parents about always telling somebody where you are
Particularly if you happen to be a governor. I mean, if something happened to him, if he didn't come back, then what?

14. He's yet another bold Defender of Marriage!
He says marriage is for one man, and one woman on each continent or major landmass. But it most certainly is not for teh gay!
These 'one man, one woman' Christianists are going to need a new line pretty soon. It is playing thin indeed.
