I was a little hard on the President last night

He isn't at fault. We are. The entire American populace is at fault for this mess. Every American Congressman and Senator from 1980-1994 and every American Congressman and Senator from 2001 to 2009 is responsible for the state we are in.

Republicans are responsible as well as Democrats. You won't ever here anyone say that, both parties are responsible. Hell, you'll never hear anyone ever say that. They are equally responsible. Our career politician leaders are stupid. The people are stupid because we kept electing them. We also are stupid because we bought into this idea that a consumer nation can be sustained.

This is the mess we have caused. I fear we are going to destroy ourselves over it, if we can't come together to solve it. One thing for sure, the current congress won't. Because the current congress won't the current President won't. There are some good people in that body. They are outnumbered by the idiots.

When I say we are, I know there are people on here who have thought this for years...and have been outnumbered.
