I don't agree every democratic congressman should support the president no matter what, but we need to do a hell of a lot better job than we are now.

The GOP congress supported that idiot Bush no matter what, and he was dumb as a post and most of what he wanted was dead wrong. But the GOP congressmen supported him!

We have a president who is doing a hell of a job with everything he is doing and the dems are not backing him up 10% as well as the GOP supported Bush!

I think the dems have forgot that Obama kicked ass in this last election and brought a lot of them along with him.

I don't want 100% blind support but support from most Dems would be nice! Or at least give Obama the benefit of the doubt!

1. GOP congresscritters are surely eaten up with a lockstep
mentality almost always in opposition to the public interest (the general welfare in re the Preamble). :P

3. Hard to have it both ways.

So many here pride themselves on their dissent from so much that the President is doing; they don't have much room to complain about the Senate doing the same.

:eyes:

I myself have always thought Congressional Dems should give their Democratic President the damned chance to govern the way he wants to try and do.

Several people observed a while back that at least Republicans can stand with their party when they want to achieve something, and that idea was slapped down with disdain from others who were proud not to "fucking goosestep".

4. In the sense that all of a puppeteer's puppets dangle from the same hands.
We shouldn't credit the puppets with loyalty when the puppeteer is clearly visible.

MONEY,

Corporate privatization is about - money, help polluters - money, wars/imperialism - money, screw the workers - money, no universal health care - money, bullshit religion - money (and to control to make more money).

Just name it and it's about fucking over, lying, cheating, everyone for money...it's the common republican goal...It is the corporate fascist republican party....No ifs ands or buts...Just fact!

It's their republican ideology corporatism...fuck global warming - when republicans talk global warming is only about businesses losing MONEY....

It's not hard keep a party united when you ALL have only one single goal - MONEY - and how to steal it and fuck everyone out of it though laws & legislature, republicans always trying to establish more laws to help the republican pigs make more of it - MONEY = POWER. And power helps republicans make more money!

The thing is, we always have to expose these fucking money hungry, selfish, elitist republicans because they lie and pretend they are doing it for "small business' or 'working people" et.al

And keep using the name "republican" (not GOP Conservative, etc.) to keep these money sick monsters exposed!

Who would disagree?
