Would you be so kind and take this survey...
Make Your Voice Heard: Take the Climate Change Survey

Congress is currently drafting climate change legislation. As the bill progresses, we must be mindful of its potential adverse effects on consumers and businesses that could undermine our economic recovery.

As part of my Open Door Policy, I am working to ensure that Hoosier's voices and concerns are heard in this debate. But to do so, I need your feedback on the various climate change proposals being considered.

cap & trade or carbon tax?

4. I think that Cap and Trade would be the better way to go..
If it is just a Carbon Tax, the polluters will never change and just pay the fines.

Cap and Trade actually sets limits and has regulations.

...not being from IN, I found zipcode from his district (47443)... most congresspeople won't consider your opinion if not constituent...
