The host is obviously not happy about it.

2. Who would have thought that the Reagan with the most forward-looking positions,
aside from Ronnie Jr., of course, would be Stem Cell Nancy?

In truth, if one pulls the string, the economic mess we are in now can be traced to no small extent to the "Catsup is a vegetable/toss the mentally ill out on the street" attitude of the Reagan years. All that money for Star Wars, no money for social programs. We're reaping what the Gipper sowed. That's why people are not thrilled with him.
