Considering they had Laura Bush's figure to comment on for the last 8 years. Laura Bush, who, though attractive and shapely, had a bit of a weight problem.

I'm sure Michelle is non too concerned. She knows she's hot. And besides, I'm sure she has more important things on her mind than what freepers think of her style.

It gets easier and easier to put on those pounds, and harder and harder to keep things from sagging, particularly if you have some chronic orthopedic problems like I do and can't exercise like you used to.

All in all, I thought that Laura did a decent job for someone who's no spring chicken and who had decidedly conservative taste. There were some hits and some misses and a lot of eh-okay.

Michele is younger and quite fit, so most things will look better on her. Nonetheless, IMHO, she's had some real hits (e.g., the inauguration coat and dress ensemble), a couple of misses (e.g., the election night black and red--I didn't like that), and a lot of "just fine."

I wish that we'd lay off Laura and that the Freepers would lay off Michele. Looking good every day to everyone in every camera angle and lighting situation is nearly impossible--so let's give the ladies some slack.
