Bush 41: Clarence Thomas Has "Great Empathy"
"I have followed this man's career for some time," said President George H.W. Bush of future Justice Clarence Thomas while introducing him "He is a delightful and warm, intelligent person who has great empathy and a wonderful sense of humor."

RWers are afraid Sonia Sotomayor having empathy because they think she'll rule in favor of those "like her." Yeah, Clarence Thomas' "empathy" sure made HIM someone who ruled in favor of those "like him." On second thought, people like him are RW crazy people. :shrug:

empathy: sociopaths distinctly lack empathy

wonderful sense of humor: the guy hardly ever grins, always looks like he's ready to choke on a lemon.


Any "sense of humor" belonged to GHWB foisting this clown upon us.
