Time to predict President Obama's SC pick

We can't waste time as the next SC judge might be chosen any moment now. It's prediction time.

I say Elena Kagan, because she seems to be the most inclined to giving broad powers to the executive, that is, the President, relative to the other top candidates.

7. I just keep thinking its Jennifer Granholm.....she's been an attorney general and a governer...
I just have a gut feeling. I was also pretty sure Obama would pick Sebellius as veepee so what do I know.... :shrug:
