9. His own disdain may have been for the poor/working-class...
...without a lot of specific reference to race. The cronies he appeased, however, had plenty of racism to spare.

In the end, he was indistinguishable from a racist.

He refused to even acknowledge that it was happening, much less do anything about it. He also claimed there was no poverty in our country, and he closed down the mental institutions in California and threw the mentally ill into the streets to fend for themselves. And that's just a small part of what he was

14. I do too. I'll never forget the racist stuff he said when he hit the
national scene. One of the worst was to say we had no race problem at all until blacks started complaining.

He also let aids fester because in the beginning it was considered to be God's punishment against gays and blacks.

15. Love the comparison. MSNBC pointed out that Sessions didn't pass
muster to be a federal judge, so he went back to Alabama and ran for Senator.
