Why would any Democrat argue with any of these assholes? Repuke appointees twisted the law to award an election, going as far as to state it could not be used as a legal precedent. Go back in your corner and shut up Orrin.

doubletake when Obama who got 53 percent of the vote will appoint a prochoice moderate justice.
