What's up with Attorney General Holder?

Intelligent, engaging, courteous with remarkable grasp of detail and an excellent memory.

Doesn't he know that Attorney Generals are supposed to be:

Dull, non-responsive, glib and condescending with no grasp of detail and bordering on a permanent state of amnesia.

I didn't see all of his testimony today but what I saw was very impressive. It is clear that he is going to do a lot to restore the Department of Justice.

4. I just happened to catch
some of his confirmation hearings and I'll never forget how he came across to me as Really Wanting the Job.

Like he had the Fire in his Belly.

5. Said it before and I'll say it again. He's the most qualified
man in America to be Attorney General. And I'll be seeing him on May 2nd. Can't wait.

9. The Washington Bar Association, of which I am a member
is honoring Judge Holder with an award at it's Annual Law Day Dinner. I'll see my good friend, Federal Judge Emmit Sullivan (Ted Stevens case judge) and other people that I spent a career with. For the past three years I've been working in Maryland so I miss my DC colleagues. The Washington Bar Association is the black bar association of DC.
I'm really looking forward to it.

7. I saw a bit today and he was truly impressive. Very confident and
knowledgeable. He didn't come off as a complete ass at all. Nice change from the previous administration.

8. The first Hispanic attorney general was a moronic turd and a criminal.
I never thought he would be any good, but when someone sets themselves up to be a barrier breaker for your race you always hope they won't be one of the absolute worst.
