AG Holder testifying before House Appropriation’s Justice Subcmte.
Atty. Gen. Eric Holder will likely face questions about the newly released "Torture Memos" when he comes before the House Appropri-
ation’s Justice Subcmte. The Atty. Gen. is prepared to discuss the DoJ budget. However, he may be asked about appointing an Inspector General to investigate the Bush-era interrogation policy.

1. From what little I heard, he was throwing Cheney under
the bus. Said he has not seen the exonerating memos that Cheney is talking about and he doesn't he even know if they exist. To be fair, he said he hasn't read everything yer, (how could he in such a short time).
