If you are aware of a Felony Crime and do nothing, you become
an accessory after the fact, and are as guilty as the person committing the crime,,, THAT IS THE LAW..

2. That means every American is guilty
including Congress. Should we procecute the Congress and every American who sat back and did nothing during the past 8 years?

3. We all need to take a long look at ourselves,, yes we are as guilty
but there is a difference between wanting to do something, and REFUSING to do something about it

4. It is NOT a crime to fail to prosecute.
Never. ever.

Anyone who tells you different doesn't know jack crap about the criminal justice system.

8. You realize by that standard about everyone is guilty
and we can't even get into every judge, prosecutor, and attorney as a natural part of how our system works with plea bargains, defending offenders, and immunity for testifying.

Obama apparently has his bar set pretty damn high. He is now charged with making America just. America has never been fucking just and has consistently committed atrocities. Where were the war crimes trials against Washington for how he handled Natives? I find it odd that Obama holds the bag on 200+ years of dirt sanctioned and/or perpertrated by the US Government.

Hell, if we get any high level conviction (or even vigorous prosecution really) then Obama would be a as great a champion for justice as any US President has ever been. Just releasing these documents is quite a battle won. I don't care who misses what a big deal this is. Live with your head in a cloud, reminiscing on a time that never was, ignoring the conditions in reality all you want but some of us are happier gaining actual ground than allowing ourselves to be pushed closer to the abyss with the best intentions.

Those that push the envelope get to to keep on pushing. Those that will settle for nothing less than busting the motherfucker wide open have a much greater tendency to crash and burn.

I'd advise waking up and realizing what country, world, and reality you're in. Obama could do squat about this and still proudly stand among our greatest Presidents. That's the country we live in. Most of them have violated the shit out of the law themselves, it ain't nothing but at thing to fail to prosecute prior offenders. In fact it is the precedent.

People should at least admit they are demanding the reinvention of the wheel (broken though it may be) and inherently have set the bar for the current President at it's highest level in the county's history.

9. True. But you left out the part where you have to witness the crime at the time.
