News conference ongoing at this time.

5:30 PM Eastern.

Comments and thoughts.

I was watching C-Span and before this, so many called in, from Dem and Rep identities and were mostly talking about illegal immigration, little about drugs, little about energy.

assault weapons bans.

Obama claims he is still in favor of it...although he can't do it immediately. HUH?

4. Right. I believe it has to go through Congress
And if I'm Obama thats not the fight I want to have right now. Not when I want to get Healthcare, Energy, and the Budget done. And Possibly more stimulus.
