Dave mentioned how Obama has an impossible job but at least he is trying. So now people are criticizing him for using the teleprompter too much (Dave clearly thinks this is a dumbass criticism) so he goes into: Teleprompter v. No Teleprompter

Teleprompter is Obama's Non-State of the Union - near the end, a nice, strong, inspirational statement.

No Teleprompter is Bush sitting at some town hall type event, babbling incoherently.
