It's not easy like taking a diet pill or popping viagra. It takes work. We need to share actual information with our relatives and friends and coworkers. When you hear misinformation, don't let it go. Be courageous. You must tell people the real story.

At the same time, you must fight the desire to sit back and do less. Write to your congress person and tell them you are happy with the direction Obama is going and you expect their full support of him. Write to President Obama to let him know you suppor this direction and back him.

These sick psycopathic losers in the Republican leadership have one strategy. Theirs is banking on a high probability that the various stimulus, etc. won't fix our economy completely by 2010, so they would rather oppose everything at every turn rather than show they care about this country. All they are thinking about is dribbling the ball for 2 years so they can attempt a majority comeback.

Just anti American, unpatriotic bullshit.

2. I always do. If I'm talking to someone, I tell them they're wrong and where to find the facts.

I always reply to all on every email I get that contains BS and I include a link and clip from Fact Check or Snopes.

... for only the second time to tell him how much he embarassed the entire TN 3rd Congressional disctrict with his appearance on MSNBC where he claimed that the President's budget plan was "socialistic" and that health care was a "priviledge" and not a right.

I doubt it did any good, but I felt better when I was done. :)
