There are now 67 federal judge vacancies, Obama has yet to send any to Congress
111th Congress

67 = Current vacancies in the 871- member Article III federal judiciary.

* Article III judiciary includes the Supreme Court of the United States, Circuit Courts of Appeals, District Courts, and the Court of International Trade.

0 = Nominations submitted in the 111th Congress.

Do you actually think the President sits down and picks these people himself? That's what dozens of bureaucrats at Justice and the White House do. The only thing they do. Nominations are needed.

twin to address Congress, since one man cannot be everywhere, the way Obama has been doing..

Do you really expect Obama to make Judge Appointments without his Solicitor General in place??

7. Sure they are. I don't expect Obama to appoint any judges or Federal AGs
until the top justice Appointments are in place. Congress is dragging their feet on those appointments. Whats the point of sending AGs and Judges?
