Hard Copy of Budget Blueprint

Guys where can I get a hard copy of the budget Blueprint and can we start a section where we can dissect the blueprint and become watchdogs of sorts so this gets through.

I'd also like a thread like that for legislation. I think we need to be half watchdogs and half indignant over stumbles along the way. So if anyone knows where I can get my own little hard copy of the budget blueprint...or even the white house email so I can get a copy mailed to me.
