1. The Bush Depression will hit us hard before the Obama Recovery Plan takes effect!
Someone needs to let the MSM know this.

We need to stop doing dumb things like stimulating and bailing out; return of outsourced American factories, customer support centers and the like will be the only way to create sustained longterm jobs;it's the only way back to prosperity from the bush/cheney depression. Nationalizing banks, health care and energy companies would also be helpful.

4. Completely agree. The only way to fix this mess
is fix the free trade/outsourcing problem. Without that, this is all just a temporary bandaid.

6. Not sure why Dems are avoiding the truth. The problem is lack of jobs. People
aren't spending who do have jobs currently because they don't know how long they will have a job and are saving in case they don't.

Yes, nationalize the banks rather than bailing them out. Turn the executives into civil servants for a while. There goes their exorbitant compensation packages.
