5. Martinez is a creep.
I have written and called him so many times to no avail. He sides with the repukes every time. Glad he won't be running again.

10. Don't waste your time dumping him - he's retiring
Just find yourself a great candidate to run in 2010 so you don't have another idiot taking over Pelosi's office

8. Including Lieberman, we have 58.
Looks like all of our 58 voted for cloture, along with Collins, Snowe and Specter.

11. Here's the complete Cloture vote list.
Edited on Mon Feb-09-09 07:24 PM by 4lbs
http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=111&session=1&vote=00059

Passed 61 - 36 with 2 non-votes, and 1 non-seated.

Every Democrat voted YEA, that's 56 votes.

Republicans that voted YEA:
Collins (R-ME)
Snowe (R-ME)
Specter (R-PA)

That's 3 more votes, for 59 YEAs.

Sanders (I-VT) voted YEA
Lieberman (ID-CT) voted YEA

That's 61 total YEA votes.

Not voting were Cornyn (R-TX) and Gregg (R-NH)
