10:00 AM Joe Biden discusses transportation in Maryland with Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley, Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood and Senator Benjamin L. Cardin (D-MD).

10:15 AM Obama receives his daily economic briefing.

10:45 AM Obama meets with senior advisers.

11:00 AM Obama signs an executive order forming the White House Office of Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships.

12:00 PM Obama delivers a statement at the Department of Energy.

1:30 PM Robert Gibbs gives his daily briefing.

2:30 PM Senate Intelligence committee holds a hearing on Leon Panetta's nomination as CIA Director.

3:00 PM Obama and Biden meet with Geithner.

5:45 PM Obama leaves the White House en route to Andrews Air Force Base.

9:10 PM Obama leaves en route to Andrews Air Force Base.

10:00 PM Obama leaves Andrews Air Force Base en route to the White House.
