Dear Republicans... tax cuts ARE spending
tax cuts are the functional equivalent of spending, because it would be the same thing to send rich people a check as it would be to not collect the money from them in taxes.

So when you say "Don't spend, that won't work! Cut taxes instead." you don't know what you are talking about. In fact you are advocating giving money to rich people instead of to projects that benefit working people and the country as a whole, such as infrastructure.
