Bu*h's Girls party, booze, drugs ?. If so
Children tend to emulate their parents bad habits. The ones they saw so if that is the case I can see that drugs and booze where still being consumed after the girls were born.

1. no. there's a time and a place for everything
and it's called college.

I NEVER witnessed any heavy drinking (rarely even ONE beer) or drug use as a kid... but I saw plenty at college.

2. That's a stretch
I turned to drugs, booze and partying as a form of rebellion - my parents were very Ward and June Cleaverish. Sometimes you emulate your friends.

5. Well a lot of experts say that. However, I didn't start smoking . . .
because my parents did. I got into a crowd at school and that is what all of them were doing. It was peer pressure on my part. Also, my dad was an alcoholic most of his life. I would drink socially but have never really drank more than one mixed drink. It's really been years since I've done that. However, I did marry a man who is a functioning alcoholic. They always say you will marry someone like your father or a boy like his mother.

One question . . . What is the purpose of using * in a name. I understand for cursing; however, why B*sh????

7. Not sure why B*sh to make sure I was clear which girls, to give them some
respect, more than their ass dad. Your life is my life. I'm on the second alcoholic hubby. This one is sober for 7 or so years then fucks up. So much better than constant. NOT but I give up trying to pick another screwup. I'm in this for my retirement years. LOL

10. Well, I'll bow to your superior knowledge
But I have three kids. They grew up in a house with a stepfather who was a drug user and an alcoholic. He was abusive to me and because of that, I found myself hiding in drugs and alcohol as well. My kids were in their early teens - they knew what was up. And NONE of them uses drugs, none of them smoke cigarettes (which my ex did) and they are extremely moderate drinkers. My oldest is married to a guy who is not in the least abusive -

Point is, it doesn't always work the way the books say it does. I don't care what you think you "know".

6. I can believe that. However, my cousins and I (that I know of) except . .
maybe for 1 or 2 do not drink. My father and his brothers and sisters drank heavily and so did my grandfather and his brothers; however, it has seemed to skip my generation. Also, our kids so far have not shown any interest in alcohol or drink on a regular basis (that I know of).

I gotta run to walmart today and buy that book.

9. Well
I didn't know the Bush twins personally, but I had a friend down in Austin who's younger sister supposedly ran with one of the Bush twins. And this girl at least wasn't, ahem, what the Republicans would call of high moral character. And was seen associating with the types of males that Republicans would prefer be out working in the fields. And was known to have a habit of imbibing substances that fall under the Schedule III category, if you know what I mean.

As they say, birds of a feather flock together.
