OK, people, we got this man elected. The party hats are put up. Seems to me that it is time

to start rolling up our collective sleeves and getting to work to help the man move some legislation. Now, we did some fantastic things during the primaries and the general election....moved mountains collectively. Can we start identifying parts of that stimulus package that we could help move people to compromise on, because compromise is the only way this will happen.

I saw a thread calling for Obama to start using sticks and providing less carrots. Folks, we are the sticks, and we are the carrots. Time to get put those energies to use for something besides phonebanking until the next election cycle.

Can I hear from some people out there?

I think we also need to send a flood of emails and/or petitions on this Rove thing and executive privilege crap. I am so tired of them thumbing their noses at us and I think it's time someone grab them by the noses and march them to jail until they appear to honor their subpoenas. Enough!
