So what's going to happen when Rove ignores the new subpoena from Conyers?
When February 2 comes and goes, are we going to see Rove get away with it, or are we going to see DoJ officials finally earn their pay and serve the public trust?

6. I saw that already...
...hence the question: will the US Marshals sit on their hands, or does FatBoy get perp-walked?

Without Bush to cover his ass with shaky executive privilege claims, he has no leg to stand on.

10. I will bet that rove shows.
He doesn't have the cover of executive privilege, w/chimpy covering for that bogus line.

I bet a $20 donation to the non-profit of your choice that he shows on his date.

11. If the democratic leadership had a spine
the house Sargent of Arms would place Rove under arrest for contempt of congress.

That requires a spine, so most likely it will not happen.\

but we can still dream.
