Is there any good reason for Bill Lynn to be confirmed

because I'm not clear on the reason besides Obama wants him bad enough to loophole him past his own ethics reform.

I think I'm someone you could paint as a pretty staunch Obama advocate but here is a place where I feel we should be protesting. I'm not done in and am more than receptive to good reasoning on this issue that will change my mind but my gut says no way, no how, no military industrial complex toady Bill Lynn.

Why???? What is his purpose?

1. I agree.

I'm not thrilled with the treasury secretary either, but it's not my call.

2. Supposedly , there are fewer than a dozen people in the

country qualified to do that job and Lynn's one of them.

So I heard on PBS's News Hour last week.

3. I read he is great at managing the Defense department

better than anyone has in the last 10 yrs. People love to complain about the Defense Budget. He's being put there to get it under control.
