A grocery store tale ( no vandalism involved :) )
While awaiting check out today at my neighborhood grocery I noticed the cutest little girl coming in my aisle from behind.

At checkout there are rows of magazines, chap stick and candy. One of the magazines was People, it was an inaugural special issue. The cover shows Obama and Michelle dancing with huge smiles on their faces.

The girl who couldn't have been a day five excitedly screams and points " MOM! LOOK! IT'S OBAMA!!!" Her Mom trying to calm her down says " yes honey, that's The President of the United States" She turns and looks at her and replies...

"yes Mom... I KNOW THAT!". :rofl:

I stood there and smiled and haven't been able to wipe it off yet!

All children now will grow up seeing this man as President. It really is so huge, so significant.
