Did John Kerry sell out the POW/MIAs?

Sometime this year I read some "evidence" that when John Kerry was working with John McCain in the mid-1990's to find POW/MIAs in Vietnam, that Kerry wasn't really doing that and was more interested in some deal with Cameron Kerry's company in a no-bid contract which he got in respect to Vietnam. It seemed convincing. Is this just right wing propaganda? Is this true?

He is trully a very caring individual though not perfect, no one is, but he is definately worthy of becoming our next commander in chief unlike someone I won't mention......

and a whole lot of other respectable military vets, along with people in the Pentagon conspired to cover up POWs - it doesn't wash - you have to believe that McCain also was in on it...
