To all the boys, girls, men and women in these marching bands and groups!

I don't think they've sat down in hours.. not for a minute. They're waving and really paying attention, concerned that each person contributing is recognized for his/her contribution. Looks like most of the other people have left.

They're kidding around with the paraders !! Has anyone ever seen this before? I don't think I've ever paid this much attention, but far as I can remember, most Presidents and First Ladys are sitting during the parade.

At any rate, wow..this is typical Obama, typical Michelle - making every minute and every person count.

My feet hurt for her. Ouch.

7. I have been watching CSPAN. They haven't sat down not one

time. They have acknowledged every band and waved and smiled the entire time. The only time they turned away was if one of the military people came in to speak with them before a military band went by. They are wonderful. All smiles. Hell, I'm tired and I haven't done half of what they have today. They look great too!

Michelle slipped her shoes back on after the NASA contingent went by and the parade ended. I don't blame her in the least!
