But I don't need to become the official spokesperson for my command and end up going on record saying anything negative about our previous commander and chief.

It's an official chain of command photo board, and it was an official act to change out the photos. Nothing negative or preferential about the change out.

I thought I would share it.

Knowing where it is really shouldn't matter. However, knowing that thousands of chain of command photo boards around the country (indeed, around the world) will be changing like this seals the reality.

It's not party politics, it's not posting a picture of a favorite politic candidate or waving the flag of whatever issue you're in favor of.

It's posting the official portrait of the President of the United States.

Every work day I'll be walking past that chain of command photo board.
