Burris is the Second Happiest Man in Washington, DC
I like Burris, something about that old horse that is likeable. He is always smiling and just seems happy to be there as a Senator. And don't count the old guy out, he will run again in a couple of years and probably will win.

1. I don't think you'd say that if you were from IL. I do like Burris, too. But, I don't think
he will win. I could be wrong, however.
