Being asked about Warren, about "the noise" around this matter.

16. He spoke truth to the drama.
He was specifically asked at the opening about the "noise".

He reminded us that Obama said he was going to be the president of all Americans and bring us together.

Asked about DADT and how Obama could (she wasn't sure) end it by executive order, he responded that he though Obama might prefer to have changes brought through congressional action so that it would carry more clout by being more representative, (a good point, I think).

There was no discussion about HBO or the cut mics or timing of the event.

He seemed quite happy and honored to have been asked to give the invocation and to be on MSNBC.

23. That was the same point Obama made re Stem Cell research. If Obama makes things legal through
an Executive Order that means the next President can just reverse it through Executive Order. It is better to do it through legislation if possible because then a President can't just do away with it through an EO.

7. "He is doing what Jesus would do"
"And, he doing exactly what he told us he would do as president"...Robinson, on speaking about the "big tent" that Obama promised.

18. We switched when Comcast took MSNBC off their regular lineup.
And we've been really happy that we did it, especially now that most of our entertainment consists of watching TV. If you call Comcast it's amazing how they'll find a way to cut their regular rates, either for the box or for the channels. And if you're willing to switch your channel lineup every now and then you can keep taking advantage of specials. We just dropped Showtime and got HBO. It was when the 6-month reduced rate for Showtime would have ended for us and luckily they had a reduced rate for adding HBO at the same time.

I'm sure tomorrow there will be someone making knee jerk assumptions on some other issue and they'll be wrong about that too.
