Bush has already pardon himself and everyone else....?
I'm listening to Randy about if and when Bush will pardon himself and the others in his office for war crimes and all that. And it kind of hits me. These guys are on TV flaunting hey we did it. So Bush has probably already himself and the others and that's way they are flaunting it on "exit interviews".

2. Do we have a monarchy where the president can pardon himself?
Then we are no better than a banana republic being run by a bunch of hoodlums. No accountability and no checks and balances whatsoever.

5. The power of pardon is an unchecked power and unlimited.
Yes Bush can pardon himself without violating the Constitution.

Ironic ain't it?

The reason it was unchecked was that the President was supposed to have a unilateral power to bestow mercy on someone that the rest of society was going to hang out to dry.

3. The fifty some inmates he terminated in Texas didn't pardon
themselves.... and none of them were responsible for a million dead Iraqis.

8. I think the exact number is 152.
I'll never forget hearing about him mock Karla Faye Tucker. I knew then what a lowlife piece of shit he was. Perhaps I'm being too generous.

9. I'd say he must.
They are fucking bragging about it on national television everyday and ten times on Sundays. I wasn't even one for pushing the issue on prosecution, figuring the last 42 guys nearly all did dirt that should end them up under the jail including the best of the best such as Lincoln and FDR but smirk and sneer are out beating the drums daring someone to take them to task.

11. But they also
Say what they did was "NOT" against the law, so if he pardons everyone won't that be like confessing they "DID" break the law?

10. It will be interesting
If he does pardon himself and his gang of crooks, he will be admitting they did something wrong, and so far his ego has prevented him from "admitting" what he has done was wrong.

Also as has been mentioned, if he does pardon himself and the rest of the criminals, they all will be stuck in the U.S. for fear of leaving the country and getting arrested by some other authority. If he doesn't pardon himself and the others, he can take a chance that nothing will ever happen to him here because the investigation will never happen. Of course there is always the chance that it "will" happen and they all get what coming to them!

Only time will tell!

12. If I remember correctly
He bought some land down in south america somewhere, where the U.S. can't go into and remove criminals. If he goes down there, he'll be protected for the rest of his life.
