I can see where a high-powered, Type A executive may sometimes feel burned out by having to assume responsibility for so many employees, so much capitol, and his stockholders' portfolios, so maybe he'll occasionally turn to someone who offers to relieve him of the burdens of adult responsibility, powder his butt, give him a pacifier to suck on, rock him to sleep, and all that provided his credit card isn't declined. But I can't see the sexual component in a psychological glitch like that. And I can't even fathom the whole diaper angle.
