Did anyone else get this e-mail about parade tickets for sale?

I thought the parade was free, but I just got this from the PIC. Could it be a scam or virus?

2. Free to stand and freeze, and get pushed and shoved

Pay to get a seat in a rickety bleacher, hip to hip with others. Bright side--it's a bit warmer in the bleachers, if you dress for "updrafts." You're also up a bit higher than the rank-n-file.

I'm sure one can get some for a few hundred bucks from a scalper. :puke:
