1. Huh?
Your title reminds me of those "OMG did you see that Obama scratched his head when he said Hillary's name? That asshole was comparing her to dandruff!!!" posts back in the primary days.

He looks good to me. You obviously want to verify your theory that Dean has been snubbed, and this "clearly" does nothing to back it up. I am going to put away the tea leaves or entrails and wait for him to say something about being snubbed or not.

7. "I'm going to go into the PRIVATE SECTOR making speeches and making a living, wouldn't trade where I
am for anything."

??!! Is there something people here don't understand about Howard Dean's OWN WORDS?

Thank you for posting this. Wish people would actually watch it and give this brilliant man some credit for being a brilliant man and able to do just about whatever he wants to do. Sounds like he made his choice.

13. He's so sweet!
He didn't have to say he "wouldn't trade where he is for anything". I believe him and I know he'll always get the best of the best because that's what he gives.

8. I guess Democracy for America (which Dean founded) is full of it,
especially with its petition to reinstate the 50 State strategy?

12. It isn't to "reinstate" the 50-state strategy, it's to ensure that it is not abandoned. nt

10. Rec'd! I love Dean. And, that was very
cool of Tweetie to give him Props.

Even in the private sector Dean will make news and we'll get to keep track of his energy for us.

He was perfect in that interview.

Thanks PS~

Damn he sounds bitter!

On edit: I see K Gardner already posted something similar but I think it bears repeating anyway!

21. Great interview. Dean seems upbeat and looking forward, not backward.
In all the research I did on this brouhaha de jour, everything is prefaced by "... according to Dean loyalists." An accusation has been made and summarily accepted as fact.

I see no evidence that Dean has been dissed. I think he wanted the HHS gig and I would have loved to see him serve in this administration, but Obama has always been effusive in his praise of Dean and his 50-state strategy that was the framework for this monster Dem victory.

I adore both men and together they kicked the crap out of the opposition.

IMO this dust-up is the result of cult of personality politics gone awry.
