1. I'm sorry, but does "King" refer to Peter King? And you're right about
her favorables. Unfortunately, I think Paterson may be leaning toward Cuomo, if the latest Dem polling is any indication.

2. Paterson says he's still looking at a dozen or so people...
but maybe he just likes messing with the media... I've heard about a half a dozen names of people who've gotten the forms to fill out for him.

6. The latest Dum polling is an indication
of what their clients are hoping will happen, but I seriously doubt it will have any effect on Paterson's choice, and I seriously doubt if he'll choose Cuomo.

5. I can only imagine!
No worries. Clinton's confirmation hearing is scheduled for 1-13. Funny that that seat will be filled and the new senator seated before Illinois or Minnesota. So there's that. :)

7. Big CK fan here, but my god, who WOULDN'T beat Don King in a Senate race?
Don King is really more of a niche taste, IMO. You can't really expect him to thrive outside his chosen domain of pro boxing.

He does have a lot cooler hair than most Senate candidates, granted.

But he likely wouldn't stand a chance against any Democrat Gov. Paterson appoints.

9. Don King's hair style
and his not being a NYS resident surely make him an unlikely candidate.

11. 21 percent think her last name has nothing to do with it
I wonder? Are they liars are simply stupid. Her last name has EVERYTHING to do with her being considered. EVERYTHING!
