3. So does Coleman have any other options?
Or does he have no choice but to concede now?

4. He doesn't have any credible options
That doesn't mean he won't push some frivolous lawsuits though.

5. Curious as to why
the Minnesota Court turned down the appeal on the rejected absentee ballots from repuke leaning areas?

They must have been really not in the lawful parameters?

Remember in 2000 when lieman wanted to take the absentee ballots from the military that were sent in after the date required?

7. They were all rejected for legal reasons.
If the Supreme Court were to accept the counting of ballots that were legally rejected it would open a huge can of worms and the Franken campaign would inevitibly be back with a new list of ballots they wanted to be counted. There is no way they could justify counting legally rejected ballots but only doing so in Republican counties like Coleman is suggesting.

Coleman knew from the beginning this lawsuit had no chance, he is just trying to make people think that there are votes that should have been counted but weren't so that people will doubt the election results.

his gang of obfuscators are up to their usual filthy tricks.

Fortunately, somehow Franken was able to get some more votes. I wasn't following it closely.
